My Story
Early in 2019, my friend Claire was diagnosed with bowel cancer which had already spread to her liver. She fought every step of the way, but just 8 months later she was gone 😔 This doesn't have to be the way. That's why I am taking part in the Race for Life this year with my other best girls. Those that know me well, will know that I hate running (I have tried numerous times, but just can't understand the obsession some people have) and my knees and ankles are in complete agreement. I can't promise that I will run the whole way, but I am trying 🏃♀️ After a year where vital cancer trials have been delayed, the Race for Life is more important than ever. Every pound you can donate will go towards Cancer Research UK’s ground-breaking work, so please sponsor me today!
