My Story

We have decided to take part in the Pretty Muddy Race for Life, as in June last year we were struck with the devastating news that our beloved Dad had been diagnosed with bowel cancer. The last 9 months have been incredibly hard for us as a family, especially for Dad, but he has kept fighting through like the soldier he is. As well as our Dad there is a number of other people we are taking part for including our Grandma and Grandad. This horrible disease has touched everyone in some way and we would be very grateful if you could find it in you hearts to sponsor us. Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life Pretty Muddy to raise money and save lives. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. Every single pound you donate makes a difference to Cancer Research UK’s groundbreaking work, so please sponsor me now. Donating through this page is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with Cancer Research UK.
