Hello and welcome to the St Dominic's Race for Life just giving page. Cancer is an illness which can be devastating for both the sufferer and family and friends of the patient. At St. Dom's, we have had many dear friends and family members who have been, and are at present, affected by cancer and this opportunity to donate money to help research this disease is an important part of our colleges commitment to understanding and eventually eradicating this illness. All too frequently cancer claims the lives of our nearest and dearest friends and family but this charity day also celebrates the increasing number of people who, thanks to continuing advances in cancer prevention and care, have come through this illness. Please, dig deep and give as much as you can and sponsor us online - it's quick, easy and totally secure. We will be taking part in the annual Race for Life event on Saturday 8thJuly.
