My Story
As many of you may know, I am a fairly energetic bean, enjoying long walks and cycles by the beach. Surprisingly enough I have never found the idea of 'going out for a run' a particularly thrilling or appealing past time. However, when I started Couch to 5K this past week and realised that I might actually enjoy it I thought what a perfect way to start Sweatember - exercising every day throughout September to raise money for Cancer Research UK. Luckily, I kicked off (pardon the pun) this month on holiday and have already been running, swimming and cycling. Looking forward to trying even more sports and raising as much money as we can for such a worthy cause that has affected so many. I would appreciate any donations (no matter how big or small) to raise money for such a worthy cause that has affected so many.
