Nicola takes on Sweatember...

Hello! This September, I’m taking on Sweatember, exercising every day of the month to raise money for Cancer Research UK. I'm sure it comes as no surprise to anyone that the only 'kind of' exercise I do is walking to and from the train station in Edinburgh for work... So to challenge myself and raise money for a good cause at the same time I have decided to do Sweatember.. now don't get me wrong, I'm not joining a gym or anything, however I will continue to do my walk to work and add on more steps at lunchtimes and weekends, I might go for a swim, I might try a yoga class out, or I might stand in my bedroom and attempt a work out from YouTube...who knows, but, I. Will. Do. It. As you all know, I will keep you updated...:) I hope that by exercising for 30 days in a row, it will be helpful to me as well as raising money for Cancer Research.. If we are healthy and mobile enough to get out and do something physical everyday then we really should, and not take it for granted. Thank you for reading and please sponsor me if you can.
