Hello all! We've been doing the NHS Couch to 5K programme since the start of the year, so it seemed like a good plan to have a go at the Race for Life. We're running in fond memory of our two mums, Joan and Frances, both lost to cancer, but also for all the people we know who have been affected by this disease.
