As you will all know I am not the fittest individual nor the most active. SO... I have signed up with a group of friends from work to run the TOUGH MUDDER UK South London. I am already nervous as hell as this will be a physical challenge, however I am sure you can agree its for a great cause so please dig deep. Cancer is happening now and we will beat it. Nick

Our work has helped double cancer survival in the UK in the last 50 years. Despite this incredible progress, there’s more to be done. Nearly 1 in 2 of us will get cancer in our lifetime.
