We all know someone that has had Cancer in some way, just trying to do a bit to help.
My Story
In a bid to try and up my fitness while at the same time hopefully raising some money for a good cause, I decided to sign up for the Walk All Over Cancer challenge, run by Cancer Research UK. This involves walking 10,000 steps a day for the whole of March,having had a Fitbit for a while think its time I used it and not just to see the time!

Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
