I'm taking on a Race for Life Pretty Muddy Challenge to raise money and awareness for Cancer Research UK.

1 in 2 people will be diagnosed by a form of cancer in their lifetime and every single person will be affected by the disease whether it be through their own health journey or having to watch their loved ones suffer. I would like to help make a difference to all the pain, suffer and heartbreak this disease creates by taking part in this years Pretty Muddy in Cardiff. We are racing and raising money with Mr Michael Jones in mind, a family friend who is very much loved and missed by all his family and friends. Any donation is a step in the right direction, no matter how small or big. A huge appreciation and thanks is given in advance for any sponsors we receive! Consistent progress is being made but improvements to technology and ground-breaking work offer new opportunities to find different ways to prevent, diagnose and treat cancer and improve survival rates even further.
