Cancer is a Bastard, A disease that, sadly will touch all of us in some way, either directly or someone we hold dear. Exercise has been a distant memory for me for some time and the thought of a Tough Mudder laughable. Yet here we are Cancer hits everywhere and this is something small I CAN do. This is for Yvonne.
