I'm walking in the Shine Night Walk in the fight to beat cancer
In memory of
Kerry Willis, Pixie De Wet and Dirk Vorster
Having lost close family members to cancer, it is a cause close to my heart. To honour all of those fighting the disease or have lost those near and dear to cancer, I am dusting off my trainers and walking 13 miles to raise much needed funds towards the continued research into saving lives. Having always been very active and taking part in triathlons and cycle events - This will be my first sporting event since having my first baby in 2014, followed closely by baby no 2 in 2016! I may not be a fit as I used to be but have built up parenting resilience to see me through the miles. I am taking part with 4 other mums - (Team Lovely Jubblies) - between us we have 11 kids, 3 dogs and 2 cats - wish us luck!!! Every single pound you donate makes a difference to Cancer Research UK’s groundbreaking work, so please sponsor me now. Donating through this page is simple, fast and totally secure.
