Unfortunately the bitter truth is that 1 in 2 people are diagnosed with cancer at some point in there life. These statistics are scary and we owe it to ourselves as well as those around our to help beat cancer.
Over the years I have watched cancer destroy lives & families I have also met some very inspiring people who have battled cancer some won and others lost but they all left behind an inspiring and admirable story.
One person who I will always be proud of and will admire her courage and determination is my amazing cousin. She has not only been battling and beating this horrible illness for so many years but she has spent time and effort to help others and push for a cure.
After a year where vital cancer trials have been delayed, the Race for Life is more important than ever.
That's why I'll be taking part in a Very 2020 Race for Life. Every pound you can donate will go towards Cancer Research UK’s ground-breaking work, so please sponsor me today!
