I am undertaking the National Three Peaks Challenge in June to raise money for Cancer Research UK.
My Story
Me and my friend Nathan Sturdy are undertaking the National Three Peaks Challenge in June to raise money for Cancer Research UK for my beautiful mother and Nathan's wonderful Auntie who are both currently battling breast cancer. The challenge involves climbing the 3 highest peaks in England (Scafell Pike), Wales (Snowdon) and Scotland (Ben Nevis) within 24 hours including travelling between the mountains. Total distance walked 24 miles with a total ascent of 3000 meters.
CAUSE
Breast cancers
Each year, over 56,800 people are diagnosed with breast cancer in the UK. That’s more than 150 people every single day. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat breast cancer.
