I'm taking part in Race for Life to raise money to beat cancer sooner and to remember everyone who lost their lives to Cancer.

My Story

Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life 5k to raise money and save lives. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. Every single pound you donate makes a difference to Cancer Research UK’s groundbreaking work, so please sponsor me now. I'm doing this in memory of my Grandma Carol who unfortunately passed away with Cancer when I was quite young. I didn't know her very well but I still loved her and still will love her to this day!

Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
