We are all affected by cancer. My friend and I are running the Race for Life to make a difference.
We all know someone who is currently fighting or recovering from cancer. We all also know someone who has lost their battle with cancer. To help make a difference, my friend Natalie and I are running the 10K Race for Life in July to raise money for Cancer Research UK. Running is not my thing, and I am currently writing up my thesis, but I also think it is important to raise money for vital research (and to try and stay healthy and not stare at the same four walls...!)
