Shine London 2018 - Full Marathon

I am walking for my partner's mum, Angela Fancourt. In June 2009, Angela was diagnosed with bowel cancer. After surgery and 6 months of chemotherapy, the cancer appeared to have left. However, after a checkup in 2012 Angela was diagnosed with liver cancer and further surgery and intensive chemo was required which ended in 2013. Thankfully, Angela has been in remission since then, with her checkups now being extended to yearly. It is with the help of Cancer Research UK that Angela is here today and enjoys such an active and full life. Through continuing to raise money for this charity we can save more lives and increase the number of positive stories like this one!
