My Story
Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life 5k to raise money and save lives. Those who know me and my family know we had been hit hard with the C word. It’s breaks my heart every time I think of the loss and sadness it’s caused over the years. Every single one of them was taken from us so early in their lives so I am doing this in memory of my nan, grandad, my uncle and auntie, cousin who lived half the life they should have. I’ll be running with them in my hearts and don’t want anyone else to go through this pain. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime.
