In the last 4 years my mother has had bowel cancer, my ex brother in law has had a brain tumour and 2 girls who worked in my team have both had breast cancer. 3 have survived and been given the all clear and 1 is still battling through. Without the amazing work that the medical staff do and all of the research that goes into finding a cure this could have been a very different story.
