I'm taking part in Race for Life to raise money for my Mummy and in memory of my friend, Fiona
My Story
As many of you will know, my darling Mummy is currently undergoing treatment for stage 4 Cancer. I know my family are like many others who have faced this, are facing it or know someone who is. I also want to raise money in memory of my friend and colleague, Fiona. After a brave battle, she unfortunately passed away earlier this year. This is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life 5k to raise money and save lives. As many of you also know, I really hate running, so the fact I am willing to do so shows this really is so important to me. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime.
