We all are likely to be affected by someone that has battled, maybe lost their battle or is still battling cancer, I have had family members go through the treatment. But my main reason for doing this is to show support to a very special friend of mine that is currently undergoing treatment for breast cancer. Sharon is a true inspiration and is facing the treatment full on and with a great attitude. We cant do much to help her in the sense of treatment wise, but we can do something to show how much we love and support her. By doing this is a way to look to the future for cancer and continue to develop the treatment methods to help in beating the disease. No one knows what's around the corner, and cancer can affect anyone of us.
