I’m taking on Fitness February, an epic 28-day exercise challenge for Cancer Research UK. Help me raise money to fund life-saving cancer research.
I am committing to 1 hour of exercise every day of February. Not a big deal right? Wrong. February is a full calendar in my personal life and there are bound to be several hangovers along the way but I will have my trainers and sweat band at the ready regardless.
Doing this for my beautiful sister. If she can be as strong as she has been in her fight against breast cancer then I can be strong for this.
