I'm taking part in The Race for Life at Home to help beat cancer

In memory of

Marie and Malc

Cancer has touched both my families in many ways, and causes pain for many people so I’ve decided to help raise money. I do run but haven’t in a while due to injury but I’ll be doing this 5k.
After a year where vital cancer trials have been delayed, the Race for Life is more important than ever.
That's why I'll be taking part in the Race for Life at Home. Every pound you can donate will go towards Cancer Research UK’s ground-breaking work, so please sponsor me today!

#raceathome 5k for Cancer Research race for life at home. Longest run in a while, wasn’t sure I’d make it to 5k so I slowed down but I was feeling okay so just kept going!
