My Story
I (Nadine) was dianosed with endometrial cancer over 9 years ago now and thankfully i am on the other side of it. My grandad sadly passed away with esophageal and secondary liver cancer and my nan is newly diagnosed with breast cancer and in the thick of her treatment. I am nearly 2 year post bariatric surgery and have lost over 15st, so thought I would challenge myself with Running/Jogging/walking the race for life. NOW ITS TIME TO GET TO THE GYM..... BRING IT ON!! Taya would like to join in memory of her Grandad Wal, Nanny Marg and me xx it's not just the person dealing with the cancer, it is the Family and friends too. Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life 5k to raise money and save lives. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime.
