My Story
I’ve decided to do this challenge in November to raise money for Cancer Research. Sadly family members and friends have been taken with cancer as well as friends who have fought and are still fighting their battles. Please donate as much as you can for this vital cause. I will just enjoy getting immersed in the cold sea every day in November ( and beyond ). My target is £100 but I would really like to raise as much as possible - thank you for reading and hopefully donating. This November, I’m doing immersing myself in cold water every day of the month to help raise money for Cancer Research UK. 1 in 2 of us will get cancer in our lifetime. Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
