This is the time of year when Hamy's family run their hearts out to raise money for Cancer Research. It is a very emotional day as we remember our dear son, husband and Dad as well as all the other people who have succombed to this awful disease and are perhaps currently going through treatment. Cancer is happening right now, which is why we're taking part in a Race for Life 10k to raise money and save lives. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime.
