My Story
Inspired by the personal circumstances to raise money for Cancer research, I have taken up a challenge to push my limits to break the GB 17-18 lightweight category marathon record on the rowing machine/ erg. Cancer is one of the leading causes of death around the world. In the UK alone, just over 1 in 4 people die from cancer. Currently, there are treatments for some cancers but advances in medicine and technology are imperative in helping us move closer to acquiring that cure. Having had one grandfather pass away from cancer and one currently fighting it, I understand the gravity of finding a cure for cancer and believe that by raising money for it, we can help the future generation indefinitely. Thanks for taking the time to visit my fundraising page. Cancer is happening right now, which is why I’m fundraising right now for Cancer Research UK. There’s no time to lose! Donate to my page today and help bring forward the day when all cancers are cured.
