Beryl Mazfari (mam)
*UPDATE #2: Finally got to carry out my jump on Sunday 4th November after being postponed 3 times due to bad weather. It such an amazing experience. Thank you to everyone who donated, I raised an incredible amount for a cause close to my heart. *UPDATE: Unfortunately my jump today was cancelled due to high winds but has been rescheduled for next Saturday (27th Oct) at 2pm. In Memory of my Mam, Beryl I will be doing a sponsored tandem sky dive on the 20th of October. Last year I lost the most amazing lady in my life, Beryl Mazfari, to lung cancer. I miss her every day and she's missed greatly by all her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren, and especially by my dad, Ali. When I was growing up I always remember her saying to me that she would 'love to jump out of a helicopter onto a haystack', so mam, this is for you. I know you will be watching over me mam and thinking 'you daft bugger', but I know you will be proud of me and cheering me on too. Cancer has affected my family and friends a lot during this past year, a very dear person to us lost her mum to lung cancer this year and I lost a dear fried and work colleague to lung cancer also. So Julie Botha and Derek Fox, this is for you too.
