My Story
Like so many of you, I have lost someone I loved to cancer. My father passed away in 2002, just a few months after his 60th birthday. He was an avid sportsman, keen sailor and just allround superdad. He got to do lots of things, but he told me that he never got around to run a marathon. So this year, on September 16th, I'll be running the Richmond Marathon instead. This one is for you dad Cancer is happening right now, and it impacts people around us every day. Some of you have supported Cancer Research through my runs in previous years, and I am ever grateful for your support. This year I will again be raising money for Cancer Research UK. Donating through this page is simple, fast and totally secure. And importantly - all donations go directly to the charity. Thanks for all your support. - Mads
