My Story
For those of you that don’t know me, I’m Mike Ling, married to my gorgeous wife Sharon. We have four children, Chloe, Connor, Joshua and Abbi. I turn 54 this year, which, at one point, I didn’t think I would see! In December 2020, I was diagnosed with Bladder Cancer. Two years of surgery and treatment later, I am currently cancer free. My dad also has cancer and my sister has been through it too, amongst many others that I know. I would like to help the fight to cure cancer for good and, so, In July 2024, my two sons, Connor & Josh and our good friend Alex and I are going to cycle the NC500 (Just over 500 miles around the North Coast of Scotland), in aid of Cancer Research UK.
