As most of you are aware I decided to sort my life out in January to become fit again. I joined a bootcamp based in Boreham run by Paul Storey of MYO movement. The bootcamp is amazing and my fitness is growing by the week and I feel now my fitness is well in the way I want to challenge myself, so myselfand afew of the other great girls at MYO bootcamp have decided to run the 5k muddy run at hylands park on 21st July 2019 for cancer research. I wondered if you would please be kind enough to donate to this amazing cause even if it is just £1 to help give me the determination on the day! Thank you so much for reading xx
