Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life Pretty Muddy to raise money and save lives. Like a lot of people I know I have had my fare share of first hand dealings with Cancer.... but for me the 1 that Hurts the most is loss of my Best friend Sarah ... This year instead of me doing my usual 5km/ 10km on my own I'm doing a 5km MUD RUN ( and for those who know me know that this is way and beyond my comfort zone ... I do NOT do MUD) with some amazing friends and 3 of Sarah's children ... so there will be plenty of giggles along the way for sure .... 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime.
