Michelle's Race for Life

No doubt you will have seen a few of these fundraising posts popping up lately, which goes to show how many of us want to help win the battle against Cancer. I lost my dad and other family members to the dreadful disease some time ago and more recently a very dear friend Rob (taken way too soon). So I am doing this challenge in memory of each of them, but also I am doing it for my family members and everyone else who is fighting or recovering from Cancer. More and more people are surviving and living to tell the tale because they are noticing the symptoms and getting the help they need as soon as possible. So we all need to do our bit in hope that one day all Cancers will be eradicated for good. If everyone of my Facebook friends / family donate £1.00 we could raise £163.00 for CR UK. It doesn't sound much but it could make that all important difference to someones life (maybe mine or yours)! Lets all give something back, lets all make a difference and lets all keep examining ourselves and remember get checked out by a GP if you have any doubts or worries.
