This year this is probably going to hurt but it is worth it to help beat cancer as soon as we can.

My Story

Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life 10k to raise money and save lives. As many of you may know my members of my family and friends have been affected by cancer over the years and Race for Life never seemed so important than right now. It seems that over the last few years the horrible C word has touched more people I know than ever before, my family and my friends, which is why Race for Life is so important. Helping to raise more money so that less people loose the people they love and that more people are successfully treated by new treatments which can only be made possible by the money we raise. I have been running raise for life for around 10 years now and this year I will run 10K 'Race for Life' and I hope that year we can raise more than ever before. This year will probably hurt as it is the day after Les Mills Live (6 exercise classes back to back over the course of a day) and on not a lot of running. Still this will be the start of training for the Oxford Half and the Great South Run taking place later this year. A little pain to raise money for those suffering can't be a bad thing. If you can't afford to donate that absolutely fine, why not consider running, walking or jogging yourself or perhaps come down and cheer everyone on on the day or perhaps you can raise money in another way. Thank you for visiting my Race for Life sponsorship page. Please dig deep and sponsor me online - it's quick, easy and totally secure. Thank you so much for your support. Take care Shell xxx
