My Story
Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life Pretty Muddy to raise money and save lives. In November 2023 I was diagnosed with stage 4 incurable breast cancer, I continue my fight daily, due to drugs that allow me to live a pretty normal life. Without cancer research these drugs would never become available. Before my cancer diagnosis I was the same as 99% of all people who aren't diagnosed with cancer, never understanding the work that this charity does. Continually research on more than just the drugs, but researching how cancer mutates, and gets clever to become resistant to the drugs that are made. Please give generously to allow me to keep receiving new drugs, to allow me to live, and be with my family.
