I have done race for life before but this year is a lot closer to home! Last June I was diagnosed with Ewing Sarcoma bone cancer, it totally turned our world upside down & was a real shock! I have since then undergone Chemotherapy, had the Tumour & Fibula bone removed 22/11/17, I may have lost a limb but with success I still have my leg, I’ve had further chemotherapy which finishes in June & had radiotherapy, My family & friends have been amazing, my husband & children have been my rock, we have had our good & bad days which is normal, on my Birthday (23rd April) I’m going to get my positive MRI result to say I’m in remission!! This has been the worst year ever but love & positive thinking has kept me going! This is giving me an aim to look forward too, I won’t be running it but to reach that finish line will be such an achievement with my close family & friends around me ?? Please donate for an amazing cause!! Xx
