Hey Everyone, I have signed myself up for the Pretty Muddy 5K in Poole on June 20th & would love all your support in raising £100 for Cancer Research UK. . I've always loved a Pretty Muddy & this will be my 4th one! I aim to jog the course, completing every obstacle & beating my personal best time of 40 minutes! .
