I'm taking part in Race for Life to raise money to beat cancer sooner. Many of us know someone that has been affected by cancer and this is a charity which is close to my heart.
Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life 5k to raise money and save lives. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. Every single pound you donate makes a difference to Cancer Research UK’s groundbreaking work, so please sponsor me now. This will be my fourth race for life that I have undertaken over the years and I’m excited to be part of Race for Life once again. Cancer impacts on many on us throughout our lives, whether for families or friends. This has been a difficult year for many already with COVID-19, but now we need to look at a life beyond this and support cancer research in any way we can. Although my original planned race had to be postponed I have transferred my venue and race date in order that I can still take part. Please help my in my quest to raise more funding for Race for Life. Anything you can donate big or small will be greatly appreciated!

Consistent progress is being made but improvements to technology and ground-breaking work offer new opportunities to find different ways to prevent, diagnose and treat cancer and improve survival rates even further.
