What a truly incredible charity Cancer Research UK is. My family have been touched by cancer too many times and so many people and families are affected every single day. Cancer can pull families apart leaving pain and heartache. But it doesn’t have to be this way, I believe that we can find a cure. My mum was diagnosed with Bowel Cancer and went through chemotherapy, she’s a true fighter. My dad was diagnosed with a rare cancer at Christmas and again he is going through his own treatment to try and fight off this terrible disease. He is my absolute hero. Every day is a fight and I am truly grateful every single day that I still have my Mum and Dad with me today. Cancer is a bitch - but with positive thoughts and the help of research and development more and more people are getting one over on cancer. I am taking part in the Cancer Research UK 300 cycle- cycling 300 miles over the month of September. If you would like to sponsor a tiny amount, every little is going to a great cause. Cancer is not having my Mum and Dad. Xxx
