My Story
Hi, all. I've been very lucky - so far - and haven't suffered from cancer personally, but I know far too many people who have. Many are sadly missed now – a brother, several close friends and neighbours - and I'd like to do my bit to try to help others who are battling this disease and those who will do. I am going to cycle across France in early July, and I intend to keep on cycling through the month to reach a total of about 500 miles in the month. It'll be a bit of a challenge for me. My usual exercise is mild walking here in Dartmoor. Cycling around here is challenging enough with the hills in every direction! If you can help support this charity, it would be hugely appreciated. You won't only be helping support a charity that does so much for other people, it is quite likely you'll be investing in your own future. If not because you get cancer, the people whom you love, the people you know, your friends, your family, will fall prey to this disease. So, please, dip into your pocket for however much you feel comfortable donating. Every penny will go to help those in most need of your support.
