My Story
Thanks for visiting my fundraising page. This March I’m walking 10,000 steps a day throughout the month to help beat cancer. I want to raise money in support of my amazing mum who was treated for breast cancer earlier last year and both my grandads who I lost to cancer nearly 15 years ago now. Thanks to the amazing NHS and the incredible work that has progressed on helping to fight cancer, my mum is recovering well. Sadly my grandads haven’t been here to see everything I have achieved in the last 15 years but I want to raise money so that others can continue to spend time with their loved ones.

Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
