My Story
Im a cancer survivor, having been diagnosed with endometrial cancer stage 4 last year, having completed my treatment so far, and being in remission i want to give back to the continuing research to find a cure. I have to thank all of my supporters for their donations and backing for me to run the 5k race for life. Thank you also to the fabulous oncology team at northants general hospital, they really are fantastic in everything they do for us all undergoing treatment. For anyone thinking of running this race, please do every small step, makes for a big change.

Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
