My Story
Thank you for visiting my fundraising page. This August, I'll be swimming 10k for Cancer Research. This charity is very close to my heart, with my mum and grandad both having had cancer. I am thankful to have both of them still with me, unlike so many others. I'll be swimming for them, and to help fund life-saving research. This is my way of giving back. Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
