100 skips a day. 31 days. 1 mission to beat cancer. I may not be fully convinced on the benefits of taking up a sport, but I am totally convinced of short and long-term benefits of self discipline. In line with my conviction, I took up Cancer Research UK skipping challenge and for the next 31 days (all of October) I will be working on mastering my self discipline by doing 100 skips a day, as well as raising money for a very good cause. Cancer Research UK team absolutely rocks and over the years they've paved the way for so many innovative treatments that help to beat cancer. They also support millions of families and patients. I am not one to hesitate if by my hopping here and there I can raise some money to support this great organisation. So here I am hopping and hoping you can chip in to help Cancer Research UK continue with their most commendable life-saving work.
