My Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my Giving Page. I'm going to be completing 100 push-ups a day in November to help raise money for Cancer Research UK. Please show your support and help fund life-saving research by donating to my page. I had my own personal battle with cancer in 2014, leaving me and my family wondering if I would see much beyond the tender age of 50. After a year of operations and chemo, the fantastic care from the NHS and support from my family and friends all under-pinned by the advancement of medical science thanks to this charity, I'm still fighting fit and ready to do my bit to say thank you and help further advancement. Please help me by making a donation and spreading the word.😎 I'm adding this note after receiving news of a friend of mine passing away this weekend when I thought (perhaps hoped) he had more time. As a dad and grandfather, I'm sure he'll support what we're doing and being someone who was involved in charity drives as well, I know he'll appreciated any donations in his memory. So I'm also doing this for those who live to fight on and those who sadly didn't and in particular, my friend and fellow Ridge Radio DJ who is no longer in pain....
