Cancer is Horrid and affects far too many people which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life 10k to raise money and save lives. To anyone that knows me over the last couple of years I have found a love for running and although this distance isn't my furthest I promise to give it my all in hope of achieving my 10k PB. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime.
