In memory of
Kei Stoba
Me & my little sister lost our mum after a 6 year battle with bowel cancer in 2017. The shine walk just so happens to fall on the 2nd anniversary of mums passing and I thought it would be a great thing to do in her memory. I’ve got together with a couple of friends to support this great cause. Each year Cancer Research UK’s scientists get closer to beating cancer, and they’ve helped double survival rates in the last 40 years. But we can’t stop there. Only with our continued support can they turn this research into breakthroughs that save millions of lives. Every single pound you donate makes a difference to Cancer Research UK’s groundbreaking work, so please sponsor me now.
CAUSE
Bowel cancer
Over the past 40 years there's been dramatic progress in tackling bowel cancer and half of people diagnosed will now survive for at least 10 years. But with bowel cancer still claiming around 43 lives each day, more research still needs to be done. Help Cancer Research UK find new ways to prevent, diagnose and treat the disease.
