My Story
Thanks for visiting my fundraising page. I’m going to be taking on Walk All Over Cancer this March to help raise money for Cancer Research UK. Please show your support and help fund life-saving cancer research by donating to my page. Thanks to all that have donated so far! I’m not a runner (yet!) so am taking on Walk All Over Cancer, the aim is to walk 31 miles in March to raise funds for the vital work done by Cancer Research UK. I am proud to say that I work for Cancer Research UK and have seen the real impact that the funds raised through events like this has on the scientific breakthroughs in cancer diagnosis and treatment. The current statistic is that 1 in 2 people will be affected by cancer in their life times, and many of us have friends and family that have had or currently have cancer. It’s something that will affect us all, in one way or another, so the continual work in scientific breakthrough in diagnosis and treatment will be more needed than ever. If you’d like to support me in helping raise funds for Cancer Research, to stomp some muddy boots all over cancer, please consider donating!

CAUSE
All Cancer Types
Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
