My Story
Cancer has broken the hearts of many. There isn't a day goes past i dont miss my grandad. He was one of my best friends. Shirley, who was a beautiful woman inside and out. I have seen the devastation it can cause, i just want to do something. 1 in 2 people in the UK will be diagnosed with some form of cancer during their lifetime. Half (50%) of people diagnosed with cancer will not survive the first 10 years. Every two minutes someone in the UK is diagnosed with cancer. The list goes on... these figures are real. Cancer is happening right now! Everyday scientists discover new treatments and programmes. Cancer survival is improving and has doubled over the past 40 years. But if you have ever seen someone deteriorate, you know the suffering it causes, for them and everyone involved. Donating through this page is simple and fast.
