In memory of
Maddie Vincer
My Story
Mandie Vincer was a teaching assistant at my primary school, who sadly passed away in 2018. Maddie was a friend, a colleague, a mother and a lovely lady! She always told me ‘keep working hard and you’ll achieve what you want to’. So with her words in mind, I’ve dedicated this fundraising page in her memory. I’m hoping the money raised will help others receive the same great care and treatment that she received. I‘ve also created this page in support of everyone else that has been effected by Cancer, with the aim of raising funds to help researchers find a cure. Unfortunately, 1 in 2 people get cancer in their lifetime and it’s not just Maddie that battled this illness. I’ve seen how the illness impacts not only those who have it, but the family and friends surrounding them. With your help and donations, CRUK can help improve and prolong people’s lives so more special memories can be made. Please join me in fundraising for this wonderful charity, together we will beat this! Rest well💗

Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
