My Story
Hi everyone! My name is Megan and I'm 21! This is a massive challenge for me I won't lie but I am 100% committed to it. I used to be really unfit but over lockdown, I started cycling to help me cope and haven't looked back since! So far I cycle about 3-5 miles a day but I am working myself up to 10 miles so that I can do that every day in September. It will be hard but I am determined to defeat this horrible disease. Cancer had impacted my family harshly when I was little it claimed my uncle Garry. R.I.P he was amazing and hard as nails, so I am doing this in his honour. I am also doing it for my uncle Tom. He's honestly the best and you could not find a nicer man anywhere. He's worked tirelessly for 40 years to provide an amazing life for my auntie and cousins . It has also impacted my best friend as her mum has cancer, she's still here but she has to live with it every day. Please donate!
